Issue with the PMP

I had been using the PMP for 6 months or so with no issues, I then dropped the glands chamber on the floor and it caused a small hairline crack which meant it could no longer create a vacuum.

I have since purchased two replacements and both are giving me the same issues. I can see a line running around the circumference of the chamber, almost like where the top and bottom have been stuck together but I don't recall seeing this in my previous chamber. When I try and create a vacuum either nothing happens or it is very weak and it pulls off within a few minutes. I have tried both with and without lube and i have also purchased a new green vacuum pump but it isn't making a difference.  

Has anyone else had the same issue, and can anyone confirm if they have a similar line? Looking at the chamber online there isn't an obvious connecting line.

Sometimes I slip out but I've found that giving it another squeeze of the pump pulls it in tighter and stays put.

Are you still using the sticky lubricant that came with it - it needs to be that specific make to create the air tight seal. Normal "silky" lube will not work and you will slip out easily.

I think you can buy the "lube" from their website.

I can't even get it sucked in so I'm not convinced its a lube problem.

I'll keep on playing about with it but its so frustrating that I can't use it and I can't work out why I'm not being sucked in.

Do you give the pump another squeeze whilst its still connected to the chamber or do you take off squeeze and then re-attach?

i was litterally dealing with this today. I had 2 faulty chambers (imedicare should replace em for free). If they still don't work, it's likely that lubricant has penetrated the pump, so when you remove the pump after sucking your penis in, it will unscrew the cap.

Give the pump a good clean with detergent (i filled a bowl with warm water and fairy liquid and let it sit in there for a few hours). rinse thoroughly and dry

All of the glans chambers have that line circumferentially and I agree that you need to clean everything completely.  Then only use a very small amount of the lube and make sure that you are using the correct sluice and diaphragm. Have you experimented with different size combinations?  Many guys do have to squeeze the green suction ball twice to get their glans situated correctly inside of the chamber.

Thanks Mikel, at least I know it shouldn't be an issue with the chamber then.

I haven't played about with the sluice ( and i don't use the diaphragm as i find it more comfortable without ) as it had always worked before but I'll give everything a good clean and have a play about with it.
