Varicocele

I'm not sure where to post this really. But around the same time my peyronies started I also got a condition called varicocele. It causes a dull ache in my testicles specifically the left side. Does anyone else have this problem as well as peyronies? I wondered if it was a side effect from scar tissue pushing on a nerve causing inflammation or something like that.maybe it's an entirely separate issue hard to say.
