VED and Hinging effect

Can anyone recommend or does anyone have experience with a VED for hinging?

I have 2 ( now 3 as one seems to be breaking up through manual traction) plaques which seem to be very deep, almost around my urethra. Original symptoms were being woken from sleep with what felt like grit stuck in my urethra during nighttime erections.

Over the next few months a had constant penile pain and a lot of swelling, hard flaccid, increased urination and testicular pain. Two trips to the doctor and was told everything felt ok.

A few months later all the pain went and I'm left with a noticeable curve while semi erect and very slight indentation when erect. I began cialis daily and Vit E as soon as the painful erections started and they have definitely improved the curve and a twist I initially had.

My main issue now is weaker erections and a hinging effect. The cialis pretty much relieves these when taken daily. But I'm also looking for another treatment to really help fight this thing.

I figured due to the weaker erections and hinging and the deep plaque that a VED would by my best bet?

Does anyone with similar experience symptom wise and experience of a VED?

I'm based in the uk and have been looking at a brand that claim to be NHS prescribed

I have indents and hinging, and was advised by a private andrologist to use the SOMAcorrect VED (3-cylinder) supplied by iMEDicare.

You won't get it prescribed on the NHS. You'll need to buy it.
29 years old.

Multiple nodules, and hourglassing on bottom half of shaft.

Diagnosed with Peyronies in March 2021.

Currently using SOMACorrect (3-cyclinder) VED and following the VED Protocol.

Bud luck

I have a dent/narrowing/hinge, Dr Landon Trost told me not to use the VED. In his clinical experience he saw more guys than not saying that the VED is making their hourglass more pronounce, but maybe the VED can work for some men with dents or other deformities. Is all trial/error, so far nothing is been working for me
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

I was examined an NHS urologist (referred by my GP) and he sent a letter back to my GP who prescribed the SOMAcorrect (3-cylinder) device.

I paid the std prescription fee for it.

I do think it is up to your GP though if they decide to fund it.

Have you noticed any improvement in using the device?

Not really.

I took pics at the beginning and pics now and i cant really tell any difference.

I just feel my balls have got smaller or my ball sac is much tighter. So everything looks smaller.

I quick jiggle and things drop down again.
