Hi there

I hope you guys are doing well

My name is Luis I am 28 year old.
Before 4 years I have noticed curve in my peins it's about 20-25 degrees upward dorsal and 5-7 degrees right

Without any pain. But sometimes there is some discomfort..

I don't feel any pain , plugs , scar tissue.

I went to many urologist and I did 4 ultrasounds Doppler and  they told me I don't have peyrions ..

I am a little confused how come this curve present while I remember I have a straight peins.

It has affected my life but not that much.

Errections are great

hourglasses only Present while flaccid and it happened once or twice a month If I hold my pea for a long time ..

But I feel I need to do something..

I am thinking seriously about the surgery ..

I have question about the traction if I managed to straight my peins by traction or VED .. Etc

Do I consider my self cured 100% or surgery will make me cured 100% ?

Age 28
I have slight curve up/right 20/5 degrees
No pain
Erection is normal

Doing manual traction for a while

Orders PMP+Ved device

I went to 4 expert doctors and did 4 Doppler ( ultrasound) and the results were fine.
Still not sure what I have

Hi,

Surgery for most people is a last resort, there are many other ways to try and correct the curve - traction, VED etc. but as it appears you don't have Peyronies just use this forum mainly as research, how to use traction and VED correctly (you can do more harm than good if miss-used)

There's also a lot of info on You Tube (some good, some bad) but I would come back here if you have any questions / concerns though.
Age - 50
Peyronies since April 2020
Diagnosed professionally: November 2020
Approx 30 degree bend to the left
Shock-wave therapy started Sept 2021 until Nov 2021
Also using Penimaster Pro rod extender and SOMAcorrect VED

Welcome to the forum"MynameisLuis,"

I have been here for 18 years and founded this forum.  This will not be the response you are looking for, but it will be the response you need.  As I learned decades ago, those who agree with you often don't have your best interest in mind.

Reading your post is both surprising and revealing.  Even though you did not fill in your signature line as required, I know by your post that your age is under 28 years old.  You have absolutely no condition to warrant surgery!

No Pain
No Erectile Dysfunction
No problem having intercourse
And multiple diagnoses say you have no medical issue.

Mature men do not risk the serious dangers of penile surgery for minor cosmetic reasons.  When you say, "it has affected my life but not much."  100% of that effect is surely from an excessive psychological response to body dysmorphia or obsession.  You need to seek a GOOD counselor who can help you with your thought processes, not with your penis.  Looking for another urologist or forum is not going to help you.  It is a denial of the facts that will only harm you.

Respectfully,
Hawk

Thank you guys for replying and for the support ..

So I made plan: I will do manual traction for a month until I receive Teaction device + VED
But not sure about the traction device.. I fell PMP is better since I see a lot of good results over here

Should I use supplements ? Will it help while doing the traction or should I ignore it ..

My goal is to reduce the right curve and to reduce the upward curve to at least 10 - 5 that will be great. Also I am looking to gain some length ( 1-3 cm ) + girth

I promise I will  update

Here is an experienced man telling you that there is far more chance you will obsess and worsen the condition of your penis than there is that you will improve it.  MANY men here caused serious life-long issues by obsessive, improper, or aggressive treatment of their penis.  It is sad to hear them pray that they turn the clock back and leave their penis alone.

Manual traction is very risky.  You cannot meter the tension you are putting on your penis, and you cannot be consistent.  One minute the tension is at one reading, and the next minute it is at another.  That is a formula for injury. So wait for your traction device.

Medical tissue expansion or natives with lip discs don't get expansion with 20 minutes of pulling and tugging every day.  They get results with long, slow, steady tension.  You cannot do that by hand.

Yeah I can attest manual traction is something you absolutely want to avoid. I've managed to do damage even if I do it lightly for only a few seconds once every time I tried: you don't want to be doing that. Wait until you get a device
Began with pain May 2020: has changed position and form numerous times since then, healing, some not.

1 inch shortening, <1.5" loss of girth, 20degree curvature, twist.. Probably 70% of what it was before.

On supplements, had shockwave, VED

If you already got any noticeable results at all you are way ahead of the curve so keep on keepin' on !
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

You have good erections and it barely affects your life?  You can still have sex? You only get hourglassing periodically? No plaques? Why are you risking further injury? You are most likely not going to see much change using VED or traction. The only thing that probably will happen is you will injure your self and make things worse.
