Plaques or not?

Hi guys,

As of recent my lumps in which I thought were plaque have drastically increased, and are much harder.
They are so large that I am unsure in if they are actually plaques.

Are there other forms of lumps that can form on the penis?

I am not finding much on google, thanks.
