Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with you when it comes to supplementing with pills from bottles, vs eating foods that contain them.

I've been taking these in tablet or concentrated forms, vitamin E (D-Alpha-Tocopherol), Ginger, Bilberry, Magnesium, Aged garlic, Garlic.

It feels like my body could take some of it and make use of them, but it doesn't feel like it's doing as much as when I eat and drink the actual foods. Two very good examples would be bilberries and ginger. The tablets barely made me feel anything, felt as if they just sit in my stomach waiting for my body to find out what to do with them.

But when I eat fresh ginger or put dried bilberries in my tea, the it feels goods. I can taste it and enjoy it, and the next day or hours later my body and penis would feel some sort of relief.

I also think it's easier to overdose when taking them in pills and tablets and we're at the mercy of the drug companies' honesty.

I have always used ginger for stomach relief and digestion.  The pills don't work as well as compared to real ginger ale I drink daily. I also make a Hawaiian chicken with fresh ginger that always helps my stomach.  I don't know if it has helped my peyronies at all.

There is little better than regular (sugared) Coca-Cola to relive stomach issues, it's actually an antiviral.

Drink 150ml of coke as it can neutralize harmful bacteria. Open water swimmers & triathletes who have consumed coke straight after swimming did not get ill compared to those who only drank water.

The results of our study suggest that acute food bolus obstruction, even in the strictured oesophagus, may be managed efficiently by the simple expedient of administering an aerated drink such as Coca-Cola before endoscopic evaluation of the underlying pathology. It seems likely that fizzy drinks might penetrate the bolus and induce its disintegration by releasing carbon dioxide gas within the bolus.

Always keep a Coke in the house for emergencies, I have 150ml cans.
Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.
