Is been two years since Summit Male Medical caused me a trauma with their Trimix injections ( the owner of this "clinic" claims I'm spreading lies). The first 4 months after my trauma I just had a dent on the left side of my penis, despite using the "Androperoynes" for those months my shape started to deteriorate, my penis started to narrow and got the "hinge" effect. I was taking Pentofixiline. Cialis, doing traction.... things got worse when two months after finishing using the "Androperoynes" I decided to use it again but this time adding more length. Well, a week later my penis started to lose volume and circumferential size. Is been two years and I'm using the Restorex, now I'm not sure if is the right decision, I'm feel like is making my penis thinnier. 🤔
My first two pictures was taken 8 months ago, the others were taking recently, just watch the difference.

did you make measurements of the girth and diameter at various stages? if the dent and hinge is the issue plication with extra tunical grafting might be an idea. when yiu say thinner do you mean uniformerly or on one spot?

Uniformerly and more on the low middle area, where my dent is. The hinge effect is not a problem because I don't have that effect when is hard. My Dr told me not to do surgery, only if it gets worse. I never measured my girth, but my length before peroynes was 6 inches and a half, now is 6 inches

no i am scared of making it worse. the primary issue for me is an indentation under the glans and i heard contradicting opinions on traction for this case so i really cant say what to do in your case either

If im not mistaken you haven’t seen any improvement since 2 years ago using restore x and andropenis. So why keep using it? I know we all hate it when people say it doesn’t look that bad. Because to us it is not the penis we were used to. But looking at your photos I can sort of see what you are saying but they seem minor. Again I am not dismissing what you feel but most people would not notice anything if you didn’t point it out.

So I guess what I’m asking is do you think traction is doing more damage? If you just let it be do you think it would get worse? Also did you didn’t have Erectile Dysfunction would you be ok with how your penis looks right now.?

I'm only been doing Restorex for couple days, I thought maybe Restorex will work better than the Androperoynes. I'm been having moderate Erectile Dysfunction since I got a vasectomy 10 years ago, my erections never been the same since the vasectomy, but I still have erections. Traction made it worse? I will never know for sure. If you let it be do you think will get worse? I don't know, in fact, nobody knows

i disagree with kobegianna not in that OPs penis looks awful in fact i agree it is not that bad but i can totally see where he is coming from and why it is so distressing for him. and why suggesting things are fine anyway can be kine of invalidating for the person affected. Ithink many are "able" to physically penetrate but it is not the same thing, functionality is not just merely being able to get it in. you do not see stability in a picture and you cannot feel the sensation they are feeling using their new penis. theseare things that go beyond cosmetics and can be extremely distressing as well. so it is understandable why nobody wants to hear it, if it was not an issue, they would not be posting and looking for solutions?

however i do not know what actions OP can take either sadly.

i would however agree that after so many months if traction has not produced results it probably wont?

It say you have a gf. How is the sex? Does she complain about it? If you didn’t have Erectile Dysfunction does the narrowing and indentations hinder the sex?

I have hour glassing and Indentations and thinning. However the girls I been with don’t notice anything. The only reasons why I’m so scared is if it gets worse.  Because every time i masturbate or have sex I get these little stings or pings on my penis. Pain is 1 out of 10 but I just feels like something is going on. Like micro tears which will later accumulate again to cause more deformities.

But for me I stopped all traction and VED because I don’t want to cause anymore damage.

The reason I ask if because yours seems pretty decent for sec and if you have no pain and the sex is good why keep trying traction? Is it because you just want to be back to where you were? Or scared it’s going to get worse?

Is because in my mind I think traction keeps the length, I only losed 0.5 inch of length, is barely noticeably the loss of length. My girlfriend keeps telling me that she doesn't feel the difference

Hey Bud Luck,

In my personal opinion it does not look like you have lost any size between the first photo and last photo. If you have lost any size, it is very minimal.

Also, it looks like your dent/narrowing area is getting a good stretch with the RestoreX. Just take it nice and easy with gentle stretching, it should eventually remodel and close up/smooth out. Re evaluate in three months.

The are of the dent is softer than the rest of the penis, feels like I lose tissue, is basically my weak area. Honestly, I like the strech of the Androperoynes better.

If I were you bud luck I would get a second opinion from doctor eid for an Implant. If I were your age and also erectile disfunction, why not get one? I know your gf said she would break up with you if you did that.

But explain to her it’s not about just sex. It’s about your mental and sexual health. Explain to her the only difference is your penis will stay hard for as long as she wants it whenever she wants it. It is extremely exhausting dealing with this disease and I’m generally a pretty resilient person. For stability, curvature, Erectile Dysfunction, and possible girth or length preservation there is only one solution that really seems to work well and that’s an Implant.


And I’m not pushing you  to get an implant, but if you’re having Erectile Dysfunction with deformity and you’re 47 jhst get the surgery amd be done with this bs. No more scrolling looking for miracle cures that don’t exist. No more chance of further loss. The list goes on and I’m still not quite sure why it isn’t a sooner offered option considering they offer people with Erectile Dysfunction alone at very young ages implant.

My insurance doesn't cover the implant, and I don't have over $30000 cash, plus I don't know if they would be able to insert an implant with my narrowing. But is mostly because of the money 💰

Restorex is definitely not for me, the overstretch is making my narrowing worse, my penis can't handle strong traction, is better for me low tension. I'll wear my androperoynes on low tension for hours in order to keep my length for the implant

It’s interesting that dr. Eid isn’t so sure about traction and said he thought sometimes it can make things worse. He explained that if you took

two rubber bands(your healthy penile tissue) and put something my more ridged linking the two rubber bands in the center(scar tossue)

 and you pulled on both sides of the rubber bands the rubber bands are stretching not the more rigid piece in the middle.

This study states that after traction therapy 48% of patients had disappearance of sonographic (ultrasound) plaques. The only explanation for this could be that traction stretched out the plaque to behave somewhat like regular tissue. Dr Eid also believes that you can’t make your penis bigger but traction studies say otherwise.

I got a PRP injection 2 months ago, It worked great for erections  for two weeks, now two months later my penis looks worse than ever. I took a picture this morning, I don't even know if is Peroynes, dead tissue, erosion or what the hell, my penis looks horrible. I'm losing so much girth, my penis is like a stick. I don't even know if I can get an implant, I will need a major surgery before get an implant, my penis is way too thin!!!!

Bud luck , implant surgeons can widen the area of narrowing by making relaxing incisions at the time of an implant.  So, you can 100 % get one if you wanted to.

If you do not have money for an implant with potential revision surgeries, or do not want to have one , but want to correct your narrowing m you can consider extra tunical grafting instead. It adds girth and corrects narrowing. Dr Trost is very impressed with the results of ETG.

The PRP injections caused me more damage, now I'm having problems with erections, my night erections are gone!!!!! My penis can't take injections. Now my only solution is the implant. I'm been reading that when you have corporal fibrosis, the implanter has to do reconstructive surgery, which increase the chances of infection. You talked about "relaxing incisions", I wonder if relaxing incisions work for large plaques or widespread corporal fibrosis.

I'm scare about things that can go wrong on the operation, but also about things that can go wrong during the post operation. I can't afford to pay for MRI, US, ultrasounds or anythingike that, so I have no idea what exactly I have, how is possible I got like this for just two Trimix injections. But scar tissue is supposed to be weaker than healthy tissue. Just because healthy tissue is more elastic, doesn’t mean it is not stronger at the point of maximum extension. Ie in the diagram, the - link might be first the point of rupture if the tension was increased.
Even if that is not the case, it wouldn’t matter anyway, as long as the healthy tissue expands.

This type of tension is targeting curvature and length though. To target girth there is a different stretch, but maybe best to post separately.

This type of tension is targeting curvature and length, however. It stretches , potentially (worst case) injures nerve fibres so of course, due caution must be followed, warmup, build up gradually over time, eg 3 months.  It’s not “wringing out a dishcloth” as you may read,  but carefully rotating the penis to a comfortable tension. For me this seems to improve erections the next day and possibly hourglassing,

Does that seem logical?surely with a prosthesis the tubes are not designed to bend anyway so the effect of a scar would be limited to restricting extension.


On the elastic band analogy. Suppose we diagram it as

= representing healthy fibres attached to the scar. That could suggest how a fulcrum stretch a la restorex can be effective, it directs more more force along the outer fibres and thence the outer part of a scar where it exerts the most effect

I wonder if my condition is not Peroynes. Two years ago I got a Trimix injection that produced approximately a 3:30 extremely painful erection that I subsided with an injection of Phenylephrine on the other side of the penis using the device Autoinject, it was injected on an erect penis, I got bruises on that side, then two days later Injected on the same side from the first Trimix injection, then got erected with a dent causing deviation to the left. Maybe it was Paraprism so it caused dead tissue no Plaque, dead tissue causing difuse corporal fibrosis where doing Traction probably won't do anythin to correct the problem. Because I don't have insurance or thousands of dollars extra I'm not able to really know what the heck I have or what caused it, is been a horrible experience that was perfectly preventable. I never really needed Trimix at the first place, Cialis was just working fine, but I trusted the Erectile Dysfunction clinic with their false promises of better erections without the"side effects" of Erectile Dysfunction pills, this clinic left me with a deformed penis and severe Erectile Dysfunction.

I took pictures from the side view of my penis, my right side looks good, and my left side looks smaller is where I had the trauma from the Trimix injection. How can an injection caused an instant trauma? I still don't get it.

Trimix is deforming penises, but the cases are probably underreported, just it took one self injection to cause the dent

My deformity is still progressing, now my induration is getting deeper and my erections are getting softer despite that I'm taking Citruline, Q10 and Cialis. My penis is also losing more girth and lenght, is over. I have to accept my deformed shrunken penis and move on with a sexless life. 28 months after my injury and my penis is keep getting worse. The "Doctors " destroyed me with their interventions and they are not taking responsibilities for their actions.
1) 11 years ago I had a vasectomy, 4 months after the vasectomy I started having Erectile Dysfunction, feeling fatigue,my testicles felted softer....I went to check my hormones and my Testosterone and DHT were really low, a year later  they did ultrasound on my testicles and told me that I have vericcoceles due to the vasectomy trauma, then I had to start TRT, but my erections never been as strong as before the vasectomy
2) Taking the Cialis was good enough for erections, but one day I went to an "Erectile Dysfunction clinic" that was promising hard Rock erections without the pills. The "clinic" is "Summit Male Medical" in Tempe Az. I went there and I told the " Doctor" that I still could get erections with pills, but I was curious if were others medications that could deliver the same benefit, he right away told me to inject Trimix, he said that was "safer than the Cialis". He injected me at the office, and he gave me a panflet with instructions of the use of Trimix. The panflet mentioned to take Sudafed if my erection lasted for 4 hours. I was hard when I lefted the clinic, 3 hours 1/2 later I was still hard with excruciating pain, I called the "Doctor" and he told me to take Sudafed, but I told him that the pain was so extreme that I needed something that would put my erection down, so he told me to inject the "Antidote" Phenylephrine, so I put the syringe of Phenylephrine in the Autoinject device and I injected on my erected penis, my erection went down 10 min later. Two days later I injected Trimix using the Autoinject device on the same area of the penis from to previous days, and 10 min later I got an erection with the indent and a lateral deviation to the left, that dent is much worse today.
3) Desesperate for solutions I went to a clinic that were doing PRP injections, there the "Doctor" told me that I had a minor trauma and the PRP shot will heal the trauma, so I decided to go for it. She injected me the PRP on my penis, it was painful, she didn't use anything to prevent pain. For two weeks after those PRP injections my erections were very strong y my penis looked thicker, I was so happy. But weeks later the effects were gone and now my penis losted even more girth and now is very unstable,, my erections are worse than ever.
Why I'm been so stupid to trust "Doctors ", they damaged for life and they are not getting accountable for their actions. My penis is patethic and I'm completely depressed.

Nobody in the world can help me, this is the worst ever happened to me. The more things I do to correct the problem the worst I get. Implant is my only option left at this point
