Did anyone recovered girth? If yes, what did you do?
« on: October 12, 2021, 05:13:23 PM »

I'm losing girth, for 18 months after my trauma I did lose a little girth, but for several days I did increase the length of my traction device to maximum strech without pain, it felted good, but all the sudden my penis lossted girth, I did over stretched it, after that my penis became thinner and more unstable. After having this destructive disease for 2 years now, I want to know if there is any chance to recover some girth, my urologist told me that nothing!!! can recover my girth, that dent/hourglass/narrowing  is the most difficult condition to treat, he doesn't recommend surgery of any kind because there is always a change to get worse erections, even with the Extra Tunical Grafting who suppose to be safe, and he is against the implant unless you are over 60 years old. I'm depressed, hopeless but mostly angry for the actions that caused this devastating disease. If I don't get better in a year, I'm getting an implant regardless what my urologist and girlfriend think

I agree with your doctor that girth and hkurglassing is the hardest to “fix”. I actually don’t think you can fix it at all in my opinion. But I don’t agree with him that implants should only be done after 60. I’m “only” 35 but if I have to deal with this much longer and it gets worse I will definitely get an implant. Sex is not everything but it sure is a lot things. Even if you have to get it replaced after 10 years. In those 10 years you don’t have to constantly think about this wretched disease everyday. You can finally move on from it. This thing has been on my mind every single day and second for the last 10 months for me. It’s is debilitating mentally. I literally feel frozen in time. I can’t get anything done

I got the worst Peroynes type. My girlfriend of 3 years is 100% against the implant, basically is an implant or her. I'm chosing the implant, can't live like this anymore. Once I get a good insurance I'm going to a top high volume surgeon, why wait for a magical improvent for the rest of my life where is none.

Exactly .... do what you want. Don't make decisions based on your GF.  Why does your urologist think inplant is only for over 60 ? Did you ask him why ? If a man is unable to have sex .... he should remain sexless for decades and then go to urologist at age 60 ? Ridiculous !!!

He said because of revisions, the more revisions you do, the higher chances of infection. Plus I will probably have to do Excision/Incision grafting due to my dent and narrowing, that increases the risk of infection. At this point, I don't care anymore more about losing size, getting the glands engorged, getting at 3 o'clock erection.... I just want to have a straight penis, with normal girth and that I can get an erection without struggling

I dont think at 46 you'll need lot of revisions. Your doctor is mistaken. Also, there are cases of implants even after infection.

Also if I’m not mistaken 20 years is like the average? It can last longer too right? They say a crown in a tooth is a success if it last about 5-10 years but I know many patients that have had crowns for well over 20-30 years

Studies say that at about 20 years about 50 percent implants are functional. However, keep in mind that since mostly older men have implants, their usage is a lot less compared to younger guys. They might only be inflating 1 or 2 times a week. A younger guy would be using it way more often. So in reality for young men, it is considered a success if an implant lasted for 10 to 15 years.

Hi Winter, yes 2-3 session every day, a session was 15 minutes or 20 cycle's, a cycle would be 5 pumps hold for 5 seconds the another 5 pumps and hold for five seconds, you may need more pumps as the session come nearer the end and your penis getting used to the vacuum, but never over pump, when you feel your penis is full stop your pumping hold then release vacuum, repeat this for 15 minutes or 20 cycles which ever comes first.
now at best i have a 7 inch girth.
