Does anyone else experience this? When I am at my most flaccid state with absolutely no blood flow. I stretch my penis to it's maximum length and I can barely feel the nodules or plaques. It's there but I can barely feel it. But as more flood flows through and I get engorged more the plaques and nodules are more prominent and hard.

Is it because it's just expanding with the blood flow? Also once i am fully erect I cannot feel any plaque.

That seems pretty typical to me. Depending upon the state of the penis - in the various stages of flaccidity or erection - my plaque can be hard to feel, then easier to feel. The fact that you can feel it at any point tells you it's there - it's just the firmness of the surrounding tissue that camouflages it at times.
