Iam 22 years old,  virgin , I got pyronie disease from rough masturbation , it started by found hourglass shape in next morning and shaped like hard flaccid, I thought it would go away after two months I realized that it got worse I visit many doctor all of them denied it is pyronie,  because I don't have plaque or pumps or pain and all of them told it is normal to get curved penis under 30 degree.
I lost almost half of my girth before and some of length
Going to bathroom is a nightmare.. taking a shower a nightmare I can't look how I screw up my penis .. the scars the pigmentation .. the buckling and the big loss of size
I tried to take pentoxifylline,  coaq10, vit E nothing change
I tried some of manual traction I noticed my penis getting worse , my country refuse shipping of traction devices as they known as porn staff .
I stopped porn and masturbation since 3 months but I still getting worse, when I got wet dreams of porn scenes,  that is when I see the progression of disease . I don't know why but every time sperm going out of my penis pyronie getting worse, no one will believe me but this what actually happens
This disease ruined my life , I could have been a successful dentist , but regret and depression ate me
I disappointed my family and can't know if there is a women will accept me , I never meet a girl and this disease is a nightmare you can't wake up .
Should I continue in traction or stop it

Next thing is to download and read the survival guide -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This guide gives you a lot of info regarding peyronies and it's treatment modalities.

So you say you have gone to a lot of Dr's.  Did any of them do an ultrasound? It also sound slike you took some of the supplements - but how long did you do this?  This isn't something that can be cleared up in 2 weeks.  You have to invest time in anything you use to help your situation.

I would not suggest manual traction as you cannot even gauge just how much tension you are placing on your penis . You can't get a Retorex device or a Penimaster pro because your country wont allow porn items being shipped?  I have purchased both of these and I can tell you that they do not come shipped looking like porn items.

You need to get a hold of your emotions now as this could become the predominant thing that starts to occupy and destroy your mental state.  You stated that you could of become a dentist?  Are you in dental school or pre dent?  Don't let peyronies stop you from doing something great with your life!!  You have to get a hold of your emotions!  If you need counseling then seek someone out! You will pull through this but you have to set your mind in the right direction and formulate a battle plan as to how you are going to succeed.

I would first suggest that you find a peyronies Dr if that is all possible in your location.  Look into purchasing a traction device and then start out gentle and slow.  The supplements in the survival guide can help you but give them time to work.  Daily low dose Cialis can also help out with erections and healing.  Stop worrying about ever getting a woman and what she will think about you. Maybe confiding in someone close that you trust could help you out emotionally.  When we know others care it lightens the burden and really helps us in ways we don't understand.  Good luck  Mikel7

- first., yes I made 2 US the first show some resolving hematoma,  and the second didn't show anything although my case getting worse

-I started taking vit E for month and nothing change
Then Pentoxifylline and coaq10 still taking for 3 months
- what really makes me miserable is the loss of size and girth I return as a 12 years old boy  .. imagine ! , the rate of the disease is madness very fast , it's been only 6 months since the injury , and I read that acute stage last for
18 months ... then what will happen then I am in horror of this disease,  and in regret when I see my deformed penis
And when you talk to anyone they just saying you're overreacting or have a delusion
-i'm afraid to do traction again because I don't have plaque I  thinks there is something wrong inside the tissue of my left corpus spongiosum like erosion happens in it , and there's possiblity that traction can result in more damage to the the inflammation there.

God only knows and I'm praying to him to forgive me and get recovered again

I have the same issue as you. My condition is getting worse, maybe an implant with a good surgeon could return my original penis girth. I talked to several "specialists" and the told me that the only thing that will "fix" the problem is surgery

Have you tried traction devices , what is your experience with them, did they return girth
And are you still in acute stage

Is been 2 years since I got Peroynes, I did use a Traction device for 7 months daily, with that Traction device I did lose some girth, but slightly. Then I didn't use the device for a while, then one day I thought to use the traction device again but this time I increase the the extension of the device to the max, it didn't hurt so I thought was ok, it was like a good strech. I thought the max strech would get rid of my dent, but it happened the opposite, with my penis being stretched to the max my penis became thinner, and my dent  became deeper  what a big mistake. The point is that I highly recommend you to do traction on low tension, don't pull too much.

Very tough thing , I don't know what is happening in the tissue and I don't know when it will stop , the acute stage and the progression very painful and you can't do anything
Are taking drugs or have you try traction ?

The point is that I highly recommend you to do traction on low tension, don't pull too much.

  Gentle traction is best. I would advise against manual traction.

I'm so damn sorry to hear about this.

If I experienced narrowing, I would get PRP shots once a year or so, take cialis, ALCAR, CoQ10, and pine bark extract, and do daily VED and POSSIBLY traction at gentle downward angles. This is only what I would do, and may not work for you. I have seen guys get better from narrowing with PRP. Sadly the new clinical trial has excluded men with hour glass deformity, but it will be done in March...

Even the top experts have no way to treat hourglassing besides an implant. An implant will cure your issue even if your fibrosis is quite severe, so that's something to consider long term. If you look into the research, the only thing shown to possibly help hourglassing is verapamil, but I suspect that's purely due to the volume gain, and recommend PRP instead along with VED to really expand that area.

Can you get your hands on cialis? You need to be getting erections. That is key. You will fill out especially because you are young, your body will bounce back, it may take a year.   It took me ~1 year to start getting bad erections, and another ~0.5year to get better and better erections.   I am now able to have sex which I couldn't 1.5 years ago (take cialis/kratom prior which helps with blood flow).

What worked for me? Erections, erections, erections.    And for a long time the only "erection" I was getting was with VED. And for a long time with the VED: just pumping without much filling up :/ but I stuck with it.

Get the blood flowing from all angles:
1) cialis/CoQ10
2)VED
3) cardio
4) sunshine
5) sauna, heat pads.
6) Eat healthy, stay focused on the goal. 

NeoV says PRP helps him.  PRP is a pretty benign treatment (it shouldn't cause problems, may/may not help;  Its injecting your own plasma/blood into your skin very shallow to spur new cell generation).  So try to give that a shot? Not sure which country you're in but given you're feeling down, bite down and get proactive.

You're young, so I think you'll be able to bounce back from this.  Excessive long masturbation is harmful.  I f'd up injuring myself that way as well. If you give yourself some time you'll fill up more. Some days I look down at my penis and it feels as thick as it used to be! Sure looks like it at times!

My condition is quietly strange , I don't have any fibrosis or Erectile Dysfunction , that's why my doctors refuse to cure my with traction or  PRP Shots because they see my erection is good so losing size or narrowing doesn't matter , I mentioned I did some manual traction and I think it makes my condition worse
I tried taking pentoxifylline and coaq10 but I think taking drugs is worthless . I'm In PAIN . Only God Will help me

I want to tell you that I have good erection but The big problem I'm now in the 7th month from the injury and still losing size , and I noticed that in the next morning of every day (that's when  normal daily erection happened)
I understand your idea about increasing your blood flow to this area and I think Pentoxifylline and Coaq10 are helpful for this but not working with me
I did recently Ultrasound and the doctor told me that the heamatoma disappear and there's nothing there and my condition should be getting better not worse
Very sad that my body is not able to fight this disease

Sayed087, I did the PRP injection and help me the first two weeks with erections, but after made my penis worse!!!!!. Now my penis is more narrow, unstable and my erections are worse, but I think is because the person that did it, did it wrong, those injections were painful, probably caused more damaged. Be careful with any injections, I'm telling this because your case is similar as mine.
