Gut friendly alternative to Ibuprofen?

I noticed that Ibuprofen in higher doses has some positive effect for my flaccid pain after sex, altough limited. But my stomach gets upset pretty easily.  Does anyone have an alternative that can be taken over longer periods and is known to be less agressive to the stomach?
27y, injured at 21 y!

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now

Ibuprofen for me has always tore up my stomach.  I take it with saltine crackers and ginger ale to help ease the discomfort.

celecoxib aka celebra is supposed to have less side effects on the digestive system
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto,carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder
