I started with Peyronies sometime around the first Lockdown (April / May 2020) - I was working from home but drank lager almost every night, there was no injury to my penis (that I recall).

I was 49 when this started and have been on a second marriage since 2007 with a very loving, caring and (more importantly) understanding wife.

It initially stared with Erectile Disfunction so went to the doctors and he prescribed Sildenafil (Viagra) but this had little effect (I even took 2 once and just got a headache lol). It was apparent that it was more than Erectile Dysfunction as when I "forced" an erection using a vacuum pump, the bend to the left was clearly visible - after some google searches I self diagnosed it as Peyronies Disease.
So several months along the line I was referred to a Urologist who confirmed my suspicions it was Peyronies Disease and he booked me in to have surgery - no other procedures were even considered.

Anyway after a lot more Googling I cam across a company in London that uses Shockwave therapy specifically for Peyronies - After an initial phone consultation I went along to the clinic and paid £2,950 for 6 x 45 minute sessions over 12 weeks. On the first session he provided the treatment (relatively painless) also provided some T-Male and some other (Japanese) supplement I forget the name of.

2nd treatment he gave me a "Penimaster Pro" traction device and showed me how to fit it and set it up. He also recommended I use my vacuum pump every day for minimum of 10 mins per day.

I have tried on the Penimaster a few times for 1 hour and 2 hour stints and it is very comfortable - just a bit bulky so wonder how I can use it for 8-12 hours further down the line (as recommended). The doctor said it would take up to 3-6 months to start to straighten (and lengthen) my penis (I had also lost quite a bit of size with my Peyronies Disease - around 1.5 inches)

Anyway - I'm due for my 3rd session next week so will keep you posted - it does seem to be working a little but I suspect it's a long process. My wife has been very good about it all which is some relief.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your situation.   Some members have had good results with the treatments you mentioned.  Traction is a commitment but it may pay off.  I'm using the Penimaster Pro wearing about 4-5 hours a day. Might end up wearing it more than that. Some men have reported having good results with 3-5 hours a day but it does seem the longer one wears it a day the better the results ttey seem to have.   I would say commit to it and give it time.   Find a schedule that works best for you and stay committed and see how you do. Also It may take a few weeks to where you really feel comfortable with it.  Best of luck to you and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Thanks cdub, I started wearing the Penimaster Pro (using the rods) for an hour at a time and have now comfortable with 2-3 hours of wearing it.
Noticed the bend was predominantly to the left when I was first diagnosed but is now more upwards bend after using the Penimaster Pro for a few of weeks (usually 4-5 times per week) so hoping this is a progression of sorts. I'm still having the shockwave therapy (just had my 3rd session, so another 3 sessions to go). I'm really hoping this works as best part of £3 grand is a lot but you can't put a price on your member really can you!

As time goes by you will be able to wear it for longer periods. Continue to update us all on the shockwave therapy.  It is true we should not put a price on our members.

Addo1971,

I would add that if you decide to commit to the PMP, being consistent with it wearing it daily for 3 hours or more is probably the best possibility that it may help if it does end up helping you.  It took me a a few months really to get settled into a daily routine with it between getting comfortable with it and just making it part of my day.  I just tell myself this is a commitment of 6 months or a year for me, and after that I'll re-evaluate where I stand with it.  If I think it's helping I might keep using it but taper off the amount of hours/day.  I'm slowly working up to 6-8 hours a day, but again that is all taking time.  I didn't just start doing 6-8 hours a day.  I think working up slowly helps in a few ways.  One it gives your skin time to get use to all the pulling, and two it gives you time to really work using the PMP in your daily schedule.  It may seem tough at first to find the time, but if you think it's worth a shot and you commit to it, it really could yield dividends I feel.

I was originally wearing it for 1 hour at at time, now I'm usually doing 1.5 hour sessions.  Also, luckily for me I'm able to wear the device under my lab coat at work, that really helps get in extra time.  I use the rods but the strap may be better suited for conceal wearing at work.  I'm now working on incorporating wearing this on my commute drive to and from work every day.  I'm in the car about an hour each way, so that is prime time to get more stretching in where I don't have to worry about anyone noticing.  It's just taking time getting use to it and comfortable with it sitting like that while I drive.

Keep us posted.   Wishing you best of luck with your recovery!  Slow and steady, you will make improvements, and be careful too!   8)

Yeah, agreed - it's not a race, it's a marathon...
I'm getting in a good 2 hours + most evenings now but should be able to go up to 4 hours easily enough with longer periods at the weekend.

I find it quite comfy - most of the time I forget I've even got it on (apart from when I need to use the bathroom lol)

I'll keep you updated on my progress (hopefully help others)
