Hey there everyone.

This is me: https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,16593.0.html

Well, I'm not diagnosed yet, but I'm having some similar symptoms to acute phase I guess.
I'm having my ultrasound soon and I'll update my posts therefore.
I've even read around here of some cases weren't dignosed in early exams, but did after a while.
So...I have two questions about what should I do if i'm in acute phase.

First:
In case I'm not being dignosed with peyronies acute phase right now, or anything else, like I've seen many cases here,
what should I do? what could I do? I'm already trying some stuff like improving diet, heat therapy, gentle hand stretching,
besides I tottaly quit masturbating, I'm resting from sex, not smoking for a while, avoiding alcohol and I've been exercising a lot.
Based on your own improvement, or improvements reports, please advise me, about anything I could try without medical prescription, and obviously not risking to demage my penis or health, like diet advise, exercise advise, heat/traction advise, oil, creams, idk.
I'm asking this, thinking that, just in case I'm in acute phase, I coul try to prevent its bad progression.

Second:
In case I'm being dignosed with peyroneis acute phase, what treatments should I start as once?
Based on your on improvement, or improvement reports, which is the med I shouldnt miss? which should I avoid, idk, due to side effects (read the potaba is kinda very very though), which treatment should I go for? stretching devices and VED i bet, but I'm still kind of scared of them, it's not something I very familiar with. I believe there's a lot of things on the first question would fit here as much, right? Any different treatment I should do only when on stable phase?

Feel free to give me any perspectives of improvement, treatment, penile health general helth you think would help me.
What shoudn't i miss, or waste time about? what must I be paying attention for?

Thank you so much guys!

I believe you should approach everything with risk/benefit in mind. You could take 5mg of cialis daily, and perhaps Pentoxifylline, and the other recommended supplements like L-Arginine and ALCAR. If you feel any pain or soreness you're probably in a stage of inflammation and you should be very careful attempting any traction or VED. I injured myself and caused more scarring, so be careful.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

Hey dude,

Thanks for answering.
I'm not taking any meds without prescription, maybe suplements is a better idea, at leats for now.
I'm not considering VED also yet cause is scares me a little, I would like to be advised by the doctor, or even by you guys if I'm diagnosed after my exams.
I already have a heating device which I used to use for back pain, I'm using it for some minutes, and doing some very very gentle hand strethcing and massage, all very careful once a day, which I guess that in two weeks it have improved my blood flow and symptoms, once better blood flow helps healing.
