Suspensory ligament damage?

The base of my penis feels loose, both flaccid and erect. Is it possible that traction or VED caused this? I feel that the suspensory ligaments got damaged somehow. The base used to be sturdy and rigid, now it's just moveable in all directions. After Peyronie's first started, while erect, the base was a bit looser than normal. Now it's even more loose. Anyone else have these problems? Is there anything to do to tighten it up? Or can this only be corrected by surgery? Thanks in advance.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

do you have plaque at the base?

same thing had happened to me due to a scar at the base, btu through traction both curvature and instability are decreasing
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

Yes I have plaque at the base. But I think I damaged/inflamed the penis even more. I'm taking a break from everything right now.

I have the same exact problem and even made a thread myself today regarding this. The weird part is ligament tears or sprains are supposed to be really painful from what I've heard and I remember no such thing. Urologists in sweden are pretty much clueless when it comes to this so if surgery is the only thing that can correct it I'm screwed either way.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

i can't comment on your specific case but it's quite normale to have pain at the plaque in early stages, especially if you carrying out traction. i can't tell if you ruptured a ligament, but for the plaques continued traction eventually resolved all pain (and also pretty much eliminated 2 of my plaques to the point i can't feel them anymore)
