Generally, you will have no problems.  Your penis has three chambers.  The smallest is the one that fills the glans. It runs up the center of your penis on the underside and ends in the glans.

If it is not getting erect at all, then your erection should be very oval-shaped with no filling out on the belly of the penis.  If the underside belly of the penis is getting erect, but just the glans is not, then there might be some kind of blockage near the end.

Either way, it will make little difference with sex as long as your shaft is stiff.

Since my very first episode of Peyronies Disease in 2001, I was left with what you describe, which is called "distal flaccidity" - or a soft glans. Mine is not totally soft, it gets larger, and larger still when I'm very excited such as edging toward orgasm, but it's not as shiny-rock-hard as it used to get pre-Peyronie's.

As Hawk said, this is largely a cosmetic issue that has never caused me any problems in terms of sex. With the possible exception of anal sex, which can be very difficult if you're not 100% rock hard (and which I can live without), vaginal sex has never been a problem, as once the glans is aligned with the vaginal opening, the shaft is really doing all the work guiding it in. Soft or hard, the glans is just along for the ride.

In fact - looking for a silver lining - I often wondered if my slightly softer glans hasn't helped me have sex for as long as I want, with no hint of ejaculating prematurely. When the glans is super hard, the nerve ending are more sensitive (or so I believe). A softer head is not as sensitive, and therefore, it stands to reason you can go longer before ejaculating.

Just my thoughts,

Bentbroken, please do relax. I can tell you the best sex of my life has been had with a soft glans. It will not be a problem for you.

In fact, I asked my girlfriend about this once - if she noticed that my penis head isn't as hard as other guys, and she claims she never even noticed this until I asked her about it. So, I think it's something you just don't need to worry about.

Best of luck to you,
