Is been 2 years and still getting worse

I've try everything: VED, Traction device, manual traction, Pentofixiline, daily Cialis, l-Argenine, Q10. Now I feel like my whole penis is narrowing, like I have fibrosis all over. Maybe traction or VED are actually making my condition worse. At this point I don't even know if an implant will work. We'll, at least I don't have problems urinating, I can ejaculated and I can get erections, I just hate the way my penis looks

I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My Erectile Dysfunction is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

I’m really sorry to hear about your troubles bro. Maybe you could try to take a break from traction/VED for a while. Do you have any pain/inflammation? If not, you should probably keep trying. I would love to trade places with you, my urinating problems are so bad right now.

MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible Erectile Dysfunction), get implant, or pray

I never had pain.I don't have any pain, urinary problems, ejaculated problems and my erections are ok. But my penis doesn't look right. I'm hesitant to do any type of surgery just for esthetic reasons, but the way my penis looks is affecting me mentally, I spend hours thinking about it. I wish I never used the Trimix injection, keep thinking about that day

Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021

How long have you been doing traction and VED? Because if you have gone for a long period of doing it consistently and witnessing worsening then my best advice would be to quit doing it all together. Everyone responds differently to therapies and I have heard of plenty of cases where people have gotten worse.

Both traction and VED do pose risks of worsening if not done correctly.

28 years. Started to develop a rightwards curve in June 2020.
Indentation on right side and about a 20-25° curve to the right.
Weakened erections and instability due to indentation.

I mess it up when I streched too much with the Androperoynes traction device, I didn't feel any pain so I thought was ok to strech little more. Now I'm trying Restorex now, I had a visit with Dr Landon Trost and he recommended it. If I don't get better with Restorex,then  I will stop all the streching. I don't do VED anymore, Trost told me that VED can make the  hourglass shape worst.
