Is masturbation good or bad for peroynes?

I want to have erections every day, and in the last week my night time erections had been weak, so I masturbated to have an erection daily. I read that some users are against masturbation, saying that masturbation makes this terrible condition worse, but I feel like if I don't masturbate to get my strong erection my penis will shrink. Is it very important to have daily erections in order to prevent further fibrosis?

I agree with you. Not necessarily maturbating, but getting and holding errctions to get that internal stretch to keep the tunica elastic and stretched out. Especially if you aren’t getting night time erections

i think if you are gentle and can avoid areas with plaques or hinging whilst doing it, there isn't much of a harm to it and is quite ebenficial psychologically as well

I agree with Mark.  Masturbating helps to get the blood flowing in the penis.  I find that sometimes I will get an erection, but it is not "full".  Only through manipulation can I see exactly how my curve is doing.  You probably do need to be gentle or at least cautious that what you are doing is not adding to any microtrauma, but I think on the whole it is advisable and a good practice.  Refraining from masturbation and sex will just lower your libido, your testosterone, and not make you sure if the blood is still flowing correctly.

Diagnosed just over a year and a half with 40-45 degree upward bend after starting with 60-65 degrees.
Completed one full round of treatments with Xiaflex (8 injections) 
Using Restorex and oral medications as well (Pentox, Cialis)

I pretty much agree with everyone here. I also think that ejaculation is what causes most of the inflammation. Perhaps very gentle masturbation and light edging to keep the blood flowing can be helpful.
