Can plaques disrupt blood flow and cause erect shrinkage?

I noticed recently that everything above the base of the penis, beginning where I have some dorsal hinge, doesn't expand as much as it used to and everything from that point upwards has both a substantial lack of width: whereas the very base is the same as it ever was.

While not erect, everything seems as it should be, so I understand this is a tunica expansion issue. Also: from what I understand much of the veins and arteries are in the penis on the top side, just about where I have the curve, which is incredibly and unusually solid and concrete.

Any thoughts on whether the dorsal fibrosis there could be disrupting the blood flow past the base and therefore causing this shrinkage, or what else could be the cause for this inconsistency in size?
Began with pain May 2020: has changed position and form numerous times since then, healing, some not.

1 inch shortening, <1.5" loss of girth, 20degree curvature, twist.. Probably 70% of what it was before.

On supplements, had shockwave, VED

I don't know for certain, but it sounds like it's very possible that a calcified plaque would stop tunica expansion/blood flow. My plaques are still soft, with the exception of the multiple thin cord like plaques that are very stiff. But I believe because they are very thin, they don't prevent blood flow too much(but I definitely don't get erections as easy as before). Does your dorsal plaque cause any pain while erect or flaccid?
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

Not anymore, no. I haven't gotten any plaque pain since the first couple of months last year. I have quite some difficulty locating the plaques to be honest: they're nothing like the rigid hard 'ridge' I had for the very first plaque.

Looks like your plaques reduced in size then? If so, that's fortunate, sorry that you've had penile size loss and curvature though. Is your blood flow and rigidity good enough for penetrative sex?

Initially when I got peyronie's first it was in an entirely different place and it resolved itself almost entirely within about 4 months, alongside a number of other temporary deformities. The plaques I have now have occurred more recently but seem relatively stable unfortunately, and I can't say anything about a change in the last 8 months-ish.
As far as normal use etc. is concerned I still have full functionality I think: just quite a change in side on most of it, yeah.
