The glans suction is actually comfortable for me, but my problem is the extender itself at the base. It's constantly putting pressure where the base meets the scrotum, putting pressure on the urethra in a way.
How do you guys deal with this wearing it for such long hours? This constant pressure can't be good long term.

I know I can use the belt, but it wouldn't give me the amount of tension I need to "remodel" the plaque. Manual traction wasn't doing anything for me because I couldn't gauge the amount of tension I was using, plus I would have to take frequent breaks because my arms would get sore. Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

I actually experience something similar at times.  What I do to alleviate this pain and irritation is to do a couple things.   I take the device off for 5 minutes every 2 hours and gently massage things to get the blood flowing.  I will also wear the device down for a while - I usually wear it up for the majority of time.  You must also make sure that you pull all of the taught skin through the inside of the base before clipping the glans chamber into the cradle.  One thing that does hurt me at times is on my pubic bone area from too much tension - heat helps with this.

I tie the belt below my knee and i get a stronger pressure than with the rods, stronger than the belt around the hips aswell.

For me the base of the rod system blocks the bloodflow, but when i use it for a short period of time i wrap a sock around it to avoid the skin irratation, doesnt lessen the pressure though.

Yeah I make sure I do that.

Sigh, for something at this price point you would expect them to make it more comfortable especially since we need to wear it for such long hours.

Thanks for the tips guys

I also know for me that I am dealing with 2 previous hernia operations.  My entire left and right side is completely covered in fiberglass mesh.  I know that the base of the device rests on top of both areas.  It can be very sore at times.

That sounds pretty awful. For me, it presses against my urethra. Peyronie's scarring made me have to urinate more often, so it makes it more uncomfortable. I'll probably try the belt soon and see how that goes.
