I injured my hard penis back in 2018. Believed i had Peyronies Disease but now i am pretty much sure it's "just" a latent penile fracture.
The problem is i still have flaccid pain and don't know what to do. It does not seem to go away on its own. Ultrasound showed no results.
Do you have any ideas? Usual pain killers dont work. Should i try antidepressants?

Maybe someone here that had penile fracture can help me.
26y, injured at 21 :/

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Did you ever go see a urologist? And you've never had curvature? Maybe it's just hard flaccid?
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

There is no such thing as a latent penile fracture. Once it heals after 6 to 8 weeks, that's it. May or may not lead to peyronies, but that's  a different story.

Hello, how do you know this with certainity? i've seen several internet pages state that it exists and is in fact the accident that happens more frequently.
Personally, i heard a sound after trying to stretch my penis when errect, but there was no swelling or color. What else than fracture could that be?

Have you been using your penis pretty regularly since the initial injury?  I had a microfracture at the end of June this year.  I'm still recovering.  A lot of the pain has gone away in the past 2 months.  But I've gotten sore after sex a few times in the past month.  After giving my penis time to rest since those soreness incidents I feel I'm closer to making a pretty good recovery.  But I think if I would have just kept masturbating or having more sex after soreness I think my recovery would be way worse and I might be pushing ever closer into developing Peyronies for sure.  Mainly what I'm getting at is have you taken much time to let your penis heal since the initial injury?  What is the longest you've gone without sex, masturbation, or edging since then?  I'm not saying you still have a fractured penis that hasn't fully healed since then but if you've not taken much time to let your penis rest since then you may be in an ever present state of inflammation.  Just some speculation there on my part.  But I imagine if the injury was that long ago most of what was going to heal has long since healed by now and that you are not reinjuring your penis every time you use it now.  You may have some nerve damage there that is causing pain is what I could gather?
Age: 43
Large Indentation 3/16/20, lead to Penile Microfracture on 6/26/21.  Still suffering from large indentation, some wasting on other side of penis and large nodule when erect in center of penis (dorsal). Penis is straight & erections are good

You are right it can be nerve damage. I had another appointment with a doctor by now and he described me Lyrica for this sort of pain and i am very curious to see how that goes.
Unfortunately yes i kept using my penis pretty regular at this, started giving it bigger breaks now recently but that was already about 2 years after the injury. Maybe all the pain could haev been avoided if i wasn' that stupid and horny... but you have to keep in mind i was 21 at the time and horny almost any minute of the day lol. Hope the Lyrica will help me. Else i am doomed for the rest of my "life" then.
