Came down with Peyronie's this spring. I didn't know what was happening at first. Thought I just had ED. Went to the urologist a month ago and he diagnosed Peyronie's and gave me a prescription for Viagra. I took some and had sex with my wife but it felt different because of the Peyronies Disease. Had some pain when erect then. No pain on erection now. I have always had a curve, down and to the left. Formerly good length, 6-7 inches. Now, not so much and without Viagra ED is a real problem. Seems to respond to that pretty well at least. I went back to the urologist today and brought a couple of pictures I'd made at home. It looks to be about a 90 degree curve to the left. He said the best treatment for me would be plication surgery. (Given the severity of the bend he didn't suggest nonsurgical remedies.) He estimates that I'd be about 4 inches (10 cm) afterwards. He didn't like the idea of grafting because of my age, I guess? He ruled out an implant for now because Viagra is working, but said that could be an option eventually.
Age 54. Onset: 2021. Peyronie's with 90 degree lateral curve. ED treated by Viagra.

Cialis seems like a superior treatment to viagra due to the half life of the drug and the positive studies on it. Not sure about the surgeries, I'm sure the veterans here can chime in. Best of luck to you.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

He said you would lose 2 inches after plication and you will end up being 4 inches? That's is very very disheartening. Correct me if I'm wrong. Is plication reversible? If you get an implant later will you be 4 inches? Or will you be able to get back to 6-7?
34 yrs Old, Healthy very active
Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021
First dent seen April 4, 2021, painful erections

If you got a 90 degree curve AND you have erectile dysfunction plus you are in your 50s.... an implant is a way better option than plication.... you will not have to be 4 inches... you will mantain length and not have to take viagra or ed medicines ever. I would 100 percent go for an implant at your age in your shoes.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

You received good advice from Gaussrifle..  Going into any surgery other than an implant surgery when you have both deformity and Erectile Dysfunction is a decision that will lead to disappointment.

An implant by a GREAT HIGH-VOLUME surgeon will fix both with one out-patient surgery.  I would visit our Implant board.  Read some of the "sticky posts" highlighted at the top of the board and ask your questions.  Every man to have an implant by a top surgeon regrets not doing it much sooner.
