Hi gents,

Got a quick question for you all.

Long story short I don't get pain on normal erection, but I get pain when flexing my penis erect.
What I mean by this is when I kegel I get a dull ache as to where my curve is.

Is this normal?
Sometimes painful sometimes isn't, could my issue be pelvic floor related?

Cheers

I experience the same thing, my erections are tighter. And they are painful when I flex the penis(kegeling while erect). It's definitely not normal, I've never had a problem with this before Peyronie's.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

I'm guessing when you guys are kegaling it's is stretching out the plaque more this causing you pain
34 yrs Old, Healthy very active
Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021
First dent seen April 4, 2021, painful erections

That is most likely it. The string/cord like plaques that I have are already hardened, sore, and painful to the touch when flaccid.

Flexing your pelvic floor muscle (kegeling) is not good for your penis, especially if you have pain or hard flaccid. You should try to relax it as much as you can, also when erect.

Since I started doing pelvic exercises and relaxing it my pain got less and hard flaccid symptoms got better

I do a couple of these daily, try to be relaxed and breathe good.

Also most of the time we're clenching our pelvis without even knowing, just in our daily life. Try to be mindful of this and relax it when you feel you're clenching.
Clenching too much cuts off bloodflow and nerves to the penis, that is what my physiotherapist told me

What caused my injury was kegeling my penis for hours while measuring my penis. That was about 9 and a half months ago. I also notice that kegeling is uncomfortable compared to just letting it stay erect without kegeling. It's probably a combination of pelvic floor issues and actual tissue damage in the penis since it gave me hard flaccid in the beginning.

I wish they explained to us in school that you can injure your penis from kegeling for hours straight, would of been a very simple conversation.

I injured my penis because I read a post on another forum on how someone "kegel blood into VED" to help with enlarging the penis. I did this, and it was one of the worst decision I've ever made in my life.

My pelvic floor tightened up, blood gets sucked into the penis by the pump. Then I repeatedly did kegels to get more blood in. I also didn't notice that my mild phimosis caused the top half of the shaft to twist/torsion so much that the upper half was turns side way. Guys...... don't ever kegel into a VED, and always watch your penis if any torsion is happening!!

I think it twisted my penis and misaligned the dorsal nerve. Which caused one of the dorsal nerve to either become stuck, trapped, broken in someway or inflamed. Now it's mostly hard and guitar string-like most/half of the time. I'm hoping to heal from this but still don't know how.

What: Approx 30 degree left from mid shaft, 45 degree clockwise torsion.
