So, I've been thinking a bit about blood circulation. I've been approaching ways to increase blood flow to the penis, in and out, but also over all, by using supplements. But the basic is that we should continue to move around, and when we can't, we can probably use something like compression socks (or stocking).

Wearing compression stockings helps keep blood from pooling in the legs, ankles, or foot. When veins are not working correctly, or vein valves become damaged blood is not able to flow upward toward the heart.

I work a desk job (I don't know how many others here suffering this weirdly named disease are desk job workers) and usually sit down for an hour or more at a time. I am going to start moving more and also buy sports compression high or mid socks and see if my problems changes. If not, I can always wear it when I go on a run.

Anyone else keen to try it out?
