Hello Everyone,

For the past few months, I've been experiencing flaccid aches underneath the left side of my glans on the shaft. It aches pretty much all day, everyday. It aches more when I'm sitting down or when the injury site is palpated. I had a MRI and Doppler completed and they both came back normal. I'm starting to believe my ache is from a damage nerve from when I manually stretched my penis. I was wondering can I have nerve damage if I still have all sensations and don't have numbness? I'm only experiencing an ache at a local spot. Please let me know your thoughts.

I plan on visiting a neurologist soon.

I think a lot of the sensations we feel, "pain" if you will, from Peyronies Disease is probably nerve related.

If you can feel no scarring or plaque, and see no bending or denting at the area in question, then yeah, I would suspect it's probably a tweaked nerve. And nerve issues are notorious for taking a long time to heal.

I agree with Nemo that it could be an irritated nerve and these do take their time to heal.

Did you grip under the glans too hard while stretching manually? I would try hyperthermia with a hot bath or rice sock, and some ibuprofen to see if it relieves it. Take a break from the manual traction for a bit as well.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

Hello Lostandsad,

Yes, I believe it was my grip that caused the injury. I've tried ibuprofen in the past, it didnt help much. I'll try the hyperthermia with hot bath and see if that helps.

I must have pinched a nerve when when I was gripping it. I guess I didnt realized I was gripping too hard.

Before I got full blown Peyronie's I had nerve damage from masturbating. The head was numb and the side of my shaft was numb. It took almost 9-12months to get sensation back. I also he should surgery done before and it was numb for almost a year too in the incision area. Nerves just take forever to heal or regenerate if at all.

You were fully flaccid right? I grip pretty hard with the ok grip doing manual traction. I get some dull aches on the right side of the glans here and there, but nothing like you're experiencing. Is it possible you have scarring or plaque in that particular area under the glans?

Yes, I was fully flaccid. I heard a popping/snapping sound at the injured spot. Since then, ,I had a MRI and Doppler and both came back normal.  I can only assume it's a soft tissue or nerve injury.

That sounds a lot like my hard flaccid pain. Which I think could be a combination of:

- Pudendal nerve entrapment or irritation (though accidental traction when I moved around during VED)
- Pelvic floor dysfunction (hopefully just pain) from kegel'ing to get an erection while using a VED.

I would advise against any radically challenging stretches you find on the Internet, the simpler gentle stretches has helped me more instead of aggravating it.

If your penis or pelvic starts to hurt when you're seated/working seated. Get up and go drink water, walk around.

Eat ginger, also walk at least ten minutes a day, twice. See if that helps. Stop touching your penis to check for pain, I made this mistake and it takes longer to feel better. Give it a week of the above.
