I have been masturbating gently as of recently with minimal to no pain other then my general soreness. But I seem to be having a flair up. I abstained for a long time but saw no improvements so I thought maybe getting daily blood flow to it might help. It seemed to and my flaccid penis seemed to benefit from it as well as weectuon quality. However recently I felt some pain post wjaculation and it never went away. I really hope it isn't a flair up. It is near my frenulum but just underneath the glans. Any tips?

the pain near the frenulum might be a consequence of traction. in my case, that goes away quickly

i am still living with flaccid pain nine months after onset. pain is located in the left side and my curvature is to the left. i also abstained for a long time and i am now slowly getting back into the dating scene... pain continues and sometimes takes a while to subside, but i'll what happens.

in my case, stress is a huge factor for pain. pelvic pain too. i will try to meditate to see if it helps.

Do you use a rice sock or take hot baths? I feel they help(not sure if it's placebo or just the general feeling of warmth on the penis feels good). I also use curcumax pro off of Amazon, and I've been adding ibuprofen back into my oral treatments to see if it helps battle the inflammation.

Yea I'm not sure how much the heat is helping me either. I theorize that since we're young, our immune systems are stronger, and overreact to Peyronie's(since it's an auto immune disease), leaving us in a constant state of inflammation and pain.
