It sounds like a joke, but it isn't. I wake up every night with a boner. I am not dreaming about sex. It's just there saying "hello!" I don't want my sleep to be interrupted obviously. I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and also if I am taking too much of the same kind of supplement?

Pre Breakfast (8am) & Dinner (3pm):
Acetyl L Carnitine 100mg
Citrulline 800mg

Post Breakfast & Dinner:
100mg French Pine Bark Extract

I take a few other things, as you can see in my bio thing below, but I don't think they are erection-inducing so didn't list them above. Thanks.

Waking up with erections can disrupt your sleep but that is an awesome sign that your hormones and blood flow and nitric oxide pathways are working!  I would not let it bother me at all.  Your  citruline and pinebark are known to help with blood flow and nitric oxide in you body.  I would also say that if you took your blood pressure that it is good also.

That also happens to me sometimes. Not always every night. It's like at some periods of time. (The last week for example I've been experiencing similar to you:
I wake up (even up to three times in the night) and realize I'm with a bonner. I don't wake up because of the pain. I don't have pain I just wake up.

Have to say most times is after a dream (REM sleep) where nte occurs. I wait the erection to subside as I'm a bit paranoid of priapism and I'm afraid of getting sleep again erected and reach 4 hours erected. Most times I have to get up and go pee to subside the erection, if stay in bed it seems to never return to flaccid.

I know having nte erections is a good thing. And that it's normal having up to 3 or 4 episodes of nte during the same night. My worry is if I don't return flaccid between the nte elisodes.

I have also noticed that if I have very very strong and lasting nte, the day after my penis is a bit sore. (Although I'm not awake to certainly be aware of the duration, it's the feeling I have)

Even some mornings I have spontaneous erection just waking.

The next week I will take my 2,5 tadalafil in the morning and every two days instead of daily. Maybe tadalafil is accumulating??

In your case, I'm my opinion, The dosage of supplements you take I don't see exaggerated and moreover you dont take tadalafil as per your signature. Mayb you can try to reduce or quit the night  supplements for a week and see what happens.

I would not worry about getting a priapism.  Erections stretch the tissues and supply oxygen rich blood that the penis needs.  Night time erections and those throughout the day are all normal and you are worrying too much about this

When I was a bit younger I could get an instant erection from just practically nothing at all.

Yeah, since starting nightly Cialis 5mg and Pentox, I frequently get a couple erections between 5-6 AM. I use it as an opportunity to quickly glance and see if my Peyronies Disease is progressing, and then I go back to sleep. I think it's good for you to have them.

Agree with everyone here. I believe night time erections are only helpful for us. Unfortunately I have nocturia as well  :(
