Penis position

This question probably sounds better in my head than it does when written down so I apologise in advance if it is t all that clear but..

When the penis is erect, say during foreplay and there is no penetration, can the position/angle of the penis when pressed against the body of a partner further damage it?

A good example might be if my GF is on top of me with no penetration and she is grinding against me or if I spoon her whilst erect, the penis might be in an unnatural position - can this cause further damage, either long term or short term?

Thanks

I kind of understand your question. I would say that if it hurts don't do it.  Now if you were grinding and your penis was pointing down or sharply to the side you could injure yourself. Anything is possible with peyronies. Also the vigor that you are doing it counts.  I would say that gentle is best regarding peyronies.

I think you worded the question right, I had these same concerns.
I remember before Peyronie's I didn't even have to worry about this stuff...  :(
Now I gotta be careful during foreplay too. I'm sure as long as there's no pain it's fine though. Just have to be careful of the spots on the penis that hinge during the erection.
