Kratom has helped me so much.

It promotes blood flow, so my penis is more filled when I take it.  It helps relieve anxiety and improves my mood, so I don't worry about my condition as much. I've been taking it at night (2000 mg) and it's reversed my stance on getting an implant... I've been getting erections again and I bet its only going to get better.

Now the obvious--kratom is similar to an opiate in sensation when overindulged, but so much less addictive that it is legal OTC in the USA. If anyone here has ever taken an opiate (like vicodin etc.) and gotten that filled out, longer flaccid penis, kratom can give you that while also relieving some anxiety without causing any brain-cortex disfunction (your brain will operate just the same!).

I'd suggest giving it a shot.   I also noticed it made me poop a lot better, so at the worst, its probably good for your intenstines  ;D.     You can get kratom at your local smoke shop.

There are some potential health safety issues. And we have a few posts in the past from members that it did not help them.

If your friend is interested in exploring herbal options for pain relief, it might be worth doing some research before trying anything new. Besides, there are other herbal supplements, such as CBD oil, that have been shown to have potential benefits for pain relief without the potential for addiction.
