Hey everyone,

I see a lot of hesitation with VED in this forum. I want to address this.

VED helps promote blood flow throughout your penis, especially filling up the corpus spongiosum, which most of the time has injury in our forum. Even if you can't pump up to a full erection you still get NEW OXYGENATED blood to your penis, which can help straighten and fill out any deformities. I've personally gone through a couple set-backs  and IMPROVED from using VED.  It has helped my mental state and made me feel a bit more back to normal. It may or may not bring you back to where you were before, but it will definitely help. People with implants use it too!

Hell that feeling you get after pumping where your co*k is filled is good enough after all my injuries, makes me feel like a man!

Please give it a shot.  It's a super easy device to use, its used all over the world all the time, and it really helps.  It's something I would do even if my penis was completely fine, just because it feels like I'm doing yoga with my penis.

Just my two cents.

Injury Nov 2019, bend 15deg, loss of erections, dent and hard-flaccid
VED, cialis 5mg on/off
EQ medium (with pills), no NTE.  Lost 1+ inches length, lots in girth. Some loss of sensation. Considering implant to restore full sexual function

I will agree with you on this! It does bring fresh blood into your penis and it also brings a positive mental kick along with it. When VED is not used correctly though that is when it can be harmful.

my real question is however:

how different is it from solid NTE's if you get them? mine have been rock solid, waking me up and sometimes preventing me from sleeping. how does the VED differ?
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

My opinion on how I think it works:
In an erection a volume of blood gets into the penis and remains inside it until it goes flaccid. That blood which got inside is the same during all the duration of the erection. During an erection the blood it's not recirculating in-out of the penis, it stays blocked inside. That's why priapism is so dangerous as the tissues eventually gets out of oxygen.
So suppose you have 4 long lasting NTE, at the end you are having only 4 new oxygen blood inputs, while during a VED session you are having one new blood input in every pumping cycle.
In my opinion though, a natural erection (either spontaneous or stimulated) is infinite more beneficial than a VED "erection" (with a VED you should never get a full or even closer to a full erection, to be on the safe side maximum 50% ?, don't know). Because in a natural erection you completely fill the penis to its maximum capacity thus the expansion of all the tissues, also as the internal blood pressure is also at its maximum the blood will reach every little vessel.
So one gives you quality and other gives you quantity.

My doubt:
About VED I have a doubt that makes me feel frightened of using it, what happens with the venous blood flow?
Erection is a matter of in & out blood volume. When it occurs naturally, the body increases the arteries in-flow and blocks the veins out-flow by closing it. The natural venous blood flow is outwards the penis. Does the vacuum force the venous blood flow to circulate in counter direction?
I have fear if it could cause damage in the veins and eventually lead to a venous leak.
I need to understand this process perfectly before start using it.

keep in mind that pumping gave me venous leak symptoms that are ongoing
Onset of pain in March 2021
Progressed to loss of girth to dent under the glans left side

Been doing daily heat, traction, pentox, ved, cialis since initial onset of pain

Currently still experiencing pain and dent unchanged

Bud luck

When I do the VED I had better erections, but I feel like my penis gets thinner and longer, it doesn't increase my girth at all, but it does increase my length temporarily, of course. So my problem is actually narrowing/dent/hourglass, and the VED is not helping me in that department, but it helps with blood flow
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Note to VED users that are concerned about about what happens to venous blood flow when using a VED:

The answer to that question is posted all over the suggested protocols and many hundreds of posts in the VED board section of the home page.

A VED user needs to observe the many cautions about NOT PUMPING TOO HIGH A VACUUM, AND, HOLDING THAT PRESSURE MORE THAN 10 OR 15 SECONDS BEFORE RELEASING THE VACUUM. AND, A VED USER MUST RELEASE THE VACUUM AND WAIT LONG ENOUGH BETWEEN PUMPING CYCLES TO ALLOW THE PENILE VACUUM TO EQUALIZE BEFORE PUMPING MORE CYCLES

There many recommendations stating to hold the pumped vacuum for very long periods of time. These recommendations IMHO  ARE NOT VERY GOOD TO BE USED IN ANY FORM WITH VED THERAPY.
