Do you think the usage of a condom during the intercourse could worsen or generate a new injury?

Mainly I am referring at the base of the penis, where the elastic ring of the condom squeezes the shaft.

I think that would depend on where your scarring or plaque is. If you have pain at the base of the shaft it's probably not a good idea. Otherwise I wouldn't see an issue with that.

I don't think that the condom would contribute to any kind of a tourniquet effect at your base of your penis. It does not constrict you like a cock ring does.

Yes but even not squeezing as much as a cock ring, it does squeeze a bit while the tunica is fully expanded.

As it seems we are more predisposed to develop scar in the penis.

The use of a condom is absolutely no problem. Why should it cause new plaque? If a condom could cause new plaque, touching your penis would cause new plaque, too.
