Has anyone had 2 placations

Has anyone had two placations?  I went off to the left 2019 and had placation after having it for 18 months.  I am 69 years old this year and really not ready to give up intercource.  Now it bends up towards my stomach about an inch out of the erection.  I think his plan is to take the Pentox, which I am not taking because it makes me sick.  The traction device is terrible. I squishes my gland to mush.  Plus it pinches as I adjust the head tighener.  I really do not know how much tention to put on it.  Its had to calculate, should I have it pull hard or just a enough to make it long...taught...

Started 3 yrs ago. Had placation in July 2019.
I did notice shortening 
Update 8/2021 the last 5 months started to bend upward about 45 degrees an inch out.
Now using traction and medication prescribed but cannot tolerate

I've had 2 plication surgeries, and both of them failed :( I wouldn't recommend it!

Years later I had a Nesbit procedure which was better
