Hi everyone,

I am with around 850h with PMP (7 months) and it's being quite helpful.

However, I will need to stay away for three weeks and I will be unable to do any traction. I will continue with supplements, cialis and pentox, though.

Has anyone seen any setbacks after some time without traction? I am afraid I will lose all my progress, but I will not be able to do it this time.

Thanks

My advice would be to not stop ot for 3 weeks directly. But do 1 hour only atleast once a week.

That's what I would recommend as well. According to Dr. Trost (inventor of RestoreX), you can maintain the gains you've made so far by using traction once a week. He was talking about RestoreX but I think the same would be true for any other traction device.

After my improvements I haven't done traction as consequent as before (maybe 9-12 hours PER WEEK) and haven't noticed any setbacks. The same with VED. Only Tensiologes and Tadalafil are in my daily routine.
I read that the improvements with traction after an use of minimum 12 weeks will last forever, because it's not just a stretching effect.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning

Daily Tadalafil
Traction with PMP
VED with one cylinder
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Tensiologes, Coq10 and healthy food

Only 5-10° left 🥳

I just finished 2 weeks without traction because restorex broke and had to send it in for repair. I didn't notice any difference or setbacks in results after 1 year of traction.

I just got back from a 2 week vacation and I have been using the PMP for 9 months. I had to slow down my traction to only 1 to 2 hours a day and  I have had no setbacks.

Great to know  :)
I'll try bringing it with me (not the box, which is too big, but just the rod system and the ballon) to do maybe 1h/day.
Sooner or later I'll try to stop traction too and see what happens, I cannot keep doing traction forever.

I am assuming you will be in a condition you can't expose yourself with the device.
What about practicing some hand traction? At least a couple of minutes might keep the issue working.

41 yo, married. Onset on 07/20. Flare up on 07/21. Brand new flare up 01/23. Indentations and hourglass. It still hurts sometimes; No erectile dysfunction. Taking Pentox, Cialis, Supplements, trying diets, fasting, VED and manual traction.
God bless

Is everything acheived through traction permanent? I.e. do you have to do it forever or the curve will return?

Good to know. I have ordered my first traction device: RestoreX and am waiting. I used a bathmate 6 months in and the was suddenly became worse after so I haven't dared go near it again.
