Vitamin K2 to avoid plaque calcification?

Hi
I'm about to start taking supplements of vitamin d3 and vitamin k2. So lately I've been searching about these vitamins.

Among the different d3 properties, one is that enhances the calcium absorption (thats the bad thing for us) so is very important to take K2 to put the calcium in bones rather than in the soft tissue.

Then a doubt came to my mind, would k2 help to:
-1/ avoid plaque calcification?
-2/ take the calcium out of an already calcified plaque?

I believe that is the science behind taking the K2, to redirect the calcium to the bones so it stops the calcification of plaque in the penis. I just ordered some for myself as well. I'm not sure if it can take the calcium out of an already calcified plaque. I hope you have success with it though.

@Lostandsad, did you receive your K2 and if so, has it made any difference?

I noticed that everytime I eat a red apple, my pain and inflammation decreased for a while (after about half hour of eating and lasts for about 4 to 5 hours). There's a science article that says the skin of the red apple has a lot of anti-inflammatory compounds. Keen to eat 2 apples a day to see if it makes a difference?

The K2 hasn't done anything for me so far. I still have the hardened cord like plaques. Can't you just buy quercetin instead of apples?

You could buy most of these in supplements. But I'm a believer of eating a good diet because some of these substances exist in natural foods with other substances that support and counteract, so that plants and animals can exist without diseases caused by imbalance of those things.

If that makes sense? Too much of mostly anything gets us in trouble.

I guess that k2 effects are not noticeable unless you already have a calcified plaque or as a preventive for possible future calcification.

I don't know for sure. Were just my thoughts.

I've been taking for a month 10000 iu of vit d3 along with 200 mg of k2 and everything ok so far.

I'm leaning towards believing that these stiff cords are a form of calcified plaques on the tunica, especially since they are creating hinge points on my penis. I've been trying K2 and magnesium chloride, but so far no improvement.
