Injury that doesnt evolve into Peyronies Disease but causes pain- what could it be?

I injured my penis years ago and developed curvature and chronic pain but its probably no Peyronies Disease, nothing seen in ultrasound, no plaques can be felt. I imagine a nerve was damaged. Will this nerve ever recover? Or has it already and i am having neurological pain that may be treated with antidepressants? Hope someone has an idea. I just refuse to believe or accept that the penis can not heal like any other part of the body that has been bruised or broken.

I have no pain during errection (sex / masturbation) but for a long time AFTER this, when im flaccid. Can someone guess how this is possible, what causes the pain?

For how many days do you have pain after having sex?
And when do you have sex is it once/twice? How's that?
Do you do anything specific for the pain?

Hi, fpr many hours sometimes even the next day. very local pain, i imagine where the injury was exactly.  Agmatine sulfate helps a little bit if i take it before using it
