What health checkup should be done?

My girlfriend and I are going to have a wedding in October, in order to prepare well for the wedding, she and I have to undergo health checks. So what should we check or pay special attention to? Please share some information with me

Do you have sexual concerns?  I have no idea what health checks you are having or why.  Are you 18 or 80?
