It's been 3 weeks of soft erections. Is there a chance once acute ends and I treat with VED things can turn around.  I fear I am headed toward an implant. Can't believe how rapidly I declined in 6 months.

I think there's certainly reason for hope that when your acute inflammation resolves, you will be able to improve erection quality. Inflammation causes all sorts of problems. I'm currently suffering very slow-filling erections as well due to the active inflammation I have.

Just give it time and don't assume the worst from what may be a temporary condition.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

my erections completely went around a month ago when a new plaque formed around the base, but through daily traction they have returned better and better. i think as the plaque is stretched past a certain point and gains elasticity, the blood flow is restored and things go back to normal!
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

I am very nervous about traction because the very little I have done with hand and PMP has made my dick feel terrible and the last time set me back after my penis looked healthy and my erections were decent.

I am definitely in acute - it never goes away. Currently when I touch my dick even slightly I get these gross sharp pains Sent to my back and feet even. I am beginning to think I have some nerve issues on top of the blood flow, bend.

Can anyone relate? Are there nerves tests for the penis I can get?

If I end up going implant route I obviously need to preserve my sensation, so I am shutting it down for awhile again.

For me the terrible pain flaccid and erect and nerves of what seemed to be the never ending acute stage made erections worse. Once it stabilized and I calmed down a bit the erections were fine. Now kinda grown used to it. Traction wasn't for me unfortunately because the pain at any stretch level was unbearable. Ive considered trying stable but at this point I don't want to make things any worse and I'm fully functional thankfully

How long were you acute? Did you have weird flaccid changes  and changes in sensation?

This is freaking me out .
