Peyronies, social anxiety, and living in a small town

Just want to know if I am overreacting or my concerns are legit. I have always struggled with crippling social anxiety which I had before I developed peyronies disease. Because of this, I've never really had friends, and relationships with women have been non-existent. However, I am a pretty attractive guy and get attention from women a lot but I've always been too shy to take things forward.

Now, I feel peyronies has made things even worse because I don't think talking to women is worth the effort anymore. I school in a small town and I really want to overcome my social anxiety and start talking to more women. But I'm terrified of what will happen if I can't perform during sex. TBH, I'm more terrified of her going to tell her friends about my inability to perform than the chances of sexual failure. If she tells her friends, then more people will hear and the news of my curved dick will spread like wildfire.

Please let me know. Am I overacting? Is it my anxious mind that is blowing things out of proportion? How have other young guys dealt with similar situations? I've noticed I have not seen similar questions on this board. Like I said, I'm not a very social person and I believe I lack an understanding of how the world works. So, please be considerate if this question comes across as weird.

As for the current condition of my penis, I have a 30 degree lateral curve. Currently not on any treatment plan due to financial constraints and the poor quality of medical care in my country. Though I'm working to get into a field that will provide me with the finances to effectively tackle this disease.

I think your mind is overreacting and overthinking this.  Don't let peyronies get a stronhold inyour mind about the "what ifs". You are young and should be following some of the protocols here.  It is understandable about the cost of seeing a "peyronies specialist" because they are difficult to find and expensive. Keep reading the forum and studying the survival guide. You are young and will make it through this. :)

Thanks Hawk and Mikel. You guys have confirmed I'm overthinking things. I wish things would be a little bit clearer though. However, I guess the only solution is taking bold action and finding out for myself.

You will find in life that a lot of the challenges that we go through can be very difficult at times with a lot of uncertainty - that is called life. Just don't take it to heart and worry about it - things will work out in time they usually always do!  Keep your chin up!!
