New Diagnosis and Need Your Help

Hello, I am 37 years old, married.  I haven't had sex in the past month for various reasons and have masturbated a couple of times.  Normally it was like 3 times a week.  I guess that's why I've been having more intense morning erections for a month now than usual.  Due to my prone sleeping position, I would wake up with an erection in the morning, because there was pressure on me, I would position and sleep again.  Yesterday I noticed a curvature during erection for the first time.  I have no pain, the curvature is down and to the left, I think like 15-20 degrees.  I went to a urologist in a hurry, he said there was plaque on palpation and he recommended me colchicine.
1. What is your suggestion, at what stage do you think I am and what should I do?
2. My biggest fear is that it's just the beginning and it's getting worse. What can you say about my prognosis, what should i expect?
3. I ordered Coenzym q10 and l-carnitine. What do you recommend about the daily dosages?
4. Do you have any suggestions about masturbation and sex?

Take it easy with sex, do it seldom, and I'd advise against masturbation.

Look up Nolte94 multimodal treatment on this site. Read survival guide and get on pentox and low dose cialis and a few other supplements.  Get a urologist experienced with Peyronies and get an ultrasound to see what is going on inside.

Sorry for your troubles. Peyronies sucks but people can and do get better. I'd make preserving good erections a priority.
42, acute, began 2/21
30 degree curve left, 15 up, bottleneck
Carnitine, CoQ10, arginine, 5 mg Cialis, pentox
Moderate ED, getting worse

PS: The key is to be gentle.  No bending, dry sex, sex with a partial erection.  If you have a full erection, well-lubricated sex is fine, including gentle masturbation

Thank you very much for your attention. I will go a specialist tomorrow, he is so experienced and famous with peyronies in my country. I hope it works.

I went to the specialist today.  He asked me for penile doppler ultrasound and some blood tests (LH, Testosterone, Prolactin, Albumin, SHBG).  He said I have Peyronie's Disease and a congenital curvature.  I will inform you again. I will go him with the results. Sharing with you prevents me from feeling alone.
