Has anyone experienced a weaker flaccid?

Sounds strange but my flaccid is much looser, floppier than before and I'm wondering if my tissues have been damaged inside in addition to the tunica. Is this something that happens?

My erections have been soft for 3 weeks now.

I know etections are important but my flaccid is smaller and sometimes narrower and hangs outside of my foreskin when it never did before. It is clearly different structurally. It is horrifying to me. I hate taking my dick out to piss. Is this normal?

Is there anything one can do to strengthen penis tissue besides VED or traction or is that it?

As for erections mine are very bad at this point. Any advice there too besides the ordinary?
