Pentox Cialis

Almost 5 months after i got my injury, my situation worsened, most of it because of binge masturbation and masturbating quite often. Now i try to get rid of the habit and add into my daily routine or pentox or cialis. I already took arginine,carnitine, pine bark, vitamin e, ubiquinol. Now i currently replaced arginine with citruline and want to add cialis or pentox but i dont know which one of them. Which one is more recommended for swollen veins and deformity?
Is it too much if i take both? And how much of each should i take?

Injured my penis 7th March 2021
2 lumps on each side of the penis, one at the base , the other on the top of the penis. Curved Penis. Erectile Dysfunction since before injury( probably psychological)
Currently taking arginine, carnitine, pine bark, cq10

Cialis achieves a steady state in your system and helps with blood flow and oxygenation and inflammation. It helps a lot of guys.  There is a debate about Pentox as it appears to help some men and then does nothing in others.  You have to try for yourself.  A lot of guys get by with 2.5 mg a day of Cialis and I think Pentox is prescribed at 400 mgs 3 times a day.

Is 2.5 mg enough. I got the last year a prescription from my doctor for 20mg cialist which he recommended me to take before having sexual intercouse. now i want to take it for my blood vessels before sleep. Will 2,5 be enough? How often should i take it, should i take it every day?

The low dose of 2,5 mg is for daily use. Higher ones are only before having sex.

Both 2.5mg and 5mg are for daily use.

10mg and 20mg are for having sex.

50 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred in 2013. Have now begun a third episode in 2021. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline.
