Sorry for the bad graphic, not very good at this.
Just wondering if i am errected i have this big vein at one side that is basically running horizontally, around the penis. Not whole around lucky but for about 2cm.
Is this a vein or can it be big scar tissue? it's at the side where i have pain.

26y, injured at 21 :/

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

these are the circumflex veins but in my case the one where there is the deformity is particularily pronounced. it is so strange. i stopped bothering asking doctors about it bc they just do not care to figure it out
single, mid 20
diagnosed early 2020
indentation 20 degree bent to left, recurrence with new indentation below glans
tried vacuum device with no success

Hello i just read a post from you and i am young too(25) and sometimes very devastated too. I have 3 years since the injury, STILL chronic pain.
It's been said a lot, but try to stay positive, its the best thing to do. I will soon try some antidepressants for the pain, see if it can help. The source of pain may be gone and its all in my head.
Will also give a high quality CBD a try.
You mentioned you are afraid of traction ved. Tbh, me too. My curvature is also torsion, so im not sure it will work for me. Anyway, just keep visiting docs. I will soon have a appointment and talk about removing a little scar tissue that could be seen in an ultrasound. The surgery is minimally invasive, so not much blood. Will keep you updatet if you wish.

Back to post, anyone reading if you know  anything about this vein and if it could be a source for pain let me know.

I have this also, as part of my ultrasound it confirmed that the bulge directly correlated to a circumflex vein. I speculate that structural changes to the penis have made this more prominent but I dont think it is anything sinister in itself.

Worsening in 2021 with a slight curvature and increased indentation

I have that bulge on penis at the same spot as in the picture, it does seem like a circumferential vein. I thought it was plaque, but doctor said it was not.... It is near my indentation site though.
26 year old
45-50 degree downward curve with an indentation on one side when erect.
Using RestoreX and Xiaflex injections
Taking coq10 with daily Cialis 5mg.

Yup, just a circumflex vein! Dr. Levine says many many of his Peyronies Disease patients has these more prominent veins. I too thought it was one big half-ring of plaque.
The dynamics of your penis has changed, and that comes with some extra pressure on some veins. Not a problem whatsoever, unless it hurts!
26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.

I have flaccid pain very close to this area but can not tell if it is the vein itself hurting. The pain is very local but i cant point exactly to spot that is the centre of pain.

You seem to have some knowledge, do you think i could have damaged a vein? My backstory is this... i was masturbating and looked at my penis that had a congenital curve. I thought maybe i can try to correct it by gentle forcing it to straight... and then  i felt pain heard a small sound and from then on this misery. Used to think for long i have Peyronies Disease but probably not, no plaques, still pain and so. Nerve damage or vein damage, could that be the case? By the way will a implant solve all the issues related to the errectile tissue? i thought about it as a good last option because it could solve curvature, my weak errections (maybe mental) and hopefully pain too.
