PMP Question

Hi guys,
Just received my PMP and am having some difficulties.

On entering my glans into the chamber, only about half my glans go in, the top goes in okay but i can still see about 60% of my glans.

I put it on like this and it didn't fall out, but im wondering if my whole head of my penis is meant to go in this chamber?
The head of my penis is pretty small too.

Like the instructions and tutorial videos show, the whole glans has to be sucked in the chamber. You have to use lubricant. I prefer a normal water based lubricant instead of the one, which comes with the device.
I need 1-1,5 pump balls. More than 2 pump balls caused too much vacuum for me.

I use the hose instead of the ball to apply vacuum. It's very easy to control the amount of vacuum.

You may need to play around with the different size diaphragms.  My glans is probably on the small size.  Tonight is my first night trying the PMP and right now I'm still using the Medium Diaphragm with one of the Split Adapters which seems to work alright for me, but maybe the Small Diaphragm with or without a Split Adapter may work best for me.  Maybe you are in a similar situation to me with just needing to play around with the different diaphragms and/or split adapters if you haven't already?

Just work with it with several different combinations of adapters and sluices etc... You glans needs to be completely inside of the chamber. Whether you use the hose or the ball is up to you. The PMP gel can be somewhat thick and sticky. I use Astroglide silicone gel instead.  Others use water based lubes and even castor oil. Don't give up!  There is a learning curve here as with trying anything new.
