Several years ago when I frequented this forum more regularly, Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLC) was often in the mix with Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC) and L-Arginine as the amino acids of choice for Peyronies Disease.

I'm back now, as I'm suffering a new flare, and I'm wondering, is anyone still taking PLC? I don't want to take more sups than necessary, and am trying to determine if it's no longer considered to be very helpful. (I note that in the years I was away, it seems L-Citrulline has in some ways replaced L-Arginine).

Thanks,
Nemo
51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

I take Acetyl L-Carnitine and the survival guide does not mention the other one.
