..in scientific studies.

last week i had an appointment with my Dr, to my dissappointment it was not my actual doctor i was talking to but an assistant urologist. I told him about my worsening ED and the appearance of a new indentation right below the glans. he said that with this kind of deformity my ED is not organic(but he has not done any tests to verify this at all) and i asked him about veno occlusive dysfunction. he said that venous leak is as commonly believed a myth and that it has not been verified in studies?

how does this make sense? i have no had a morning or ngiht erection in months and can only get hard with cialis and it just fades super fast. as the new indentation has shown up, it got even worse. i do not feel pleasure anymore durkng masturbation. i also used to be ablr to get an erection by thought and now i need to mannually stimulate. i just do not understand how i have this issue for so long ans nobody has done the proper tests and assesments. i know public healthcare is f'~c<+d but is it this f'~c<+d? i also feel as if since my curvature is below 20 degree and its just the hourglassing thats bothering me, as well as my young age thaz i am not taken seriously. with the assistant urologist i felt that he just wants me to leave already so he can get on with his shady 4 minute appointments with other patients

That is one of the strangest statements I have ever read on the forum.  Doppler ultrasound can verify arterial dilation and blood flow.   If the arteries dilate to supply blood, but you don't get a solid erection, it can ONLY be that the blood exits the penis by veins as fast as the blood enters the penis by arteries. Does he know what a Doppler ultrasound is?  If so, why doesn't he use diagnostic equipment for evidence rather than just chatting about his private theories?

In a healthy erection, the blood flowing in overtakes the ability of the blood to flow out.  This further squeezes the veins and restricts their outflow even more.  If plaque placement prevents the veins from being constricted by the erection, then the venous flow is not restricted.  One scenario is like placing two cement blocks on the street and running a fire hose between them.  When you drive over the blocks, it prevents the fire hose from being constricted.

yeah right? i did not know how to respond. i had a liwt of questions but i felt kind of insecure and intimidated and that i am not wanted in that room and im just baggage for his time consuming work day. ridiculous experience. he said just continue with the pump and come bsck in january. he said "i think we can both agree that there has been improvement" and i said no, i dont agree, things were really good in january 2021 and now they have deteriorated again. i showed him the small indentation below the glans and the cord, he said the cord is not a plaqur but he didnt tell me what it is. then he said this new indentation may not actually be a new defomrmity but stressed out tunica from masturbating too much(twice a day), never heard of this, if there is narrowing there must be some tissue changes right? how can it be "stressed out" what is he even talking about. this guy had no interest what so ever in helping me out especially not easing my mind and telling me what is going on.

a proper ultra sound diagnosis would have done wonders to me in terms of psychologic well being and rumination. i know my case is not the worst but i have issues and i think after waiting for 6 months for an appointment i deserve more than 4-5 minutes of chatter and talk? ill have to search for a different expert because i cannot wait until january to understand what is going on with the tissue in my penis

It is time for another Dr. Don't waste your money on this person. Remember that they are people just like you and I with their opinions and education.  Some will be more educated than others and some will have the intelligence to actually know something about peyronies and help you.  I'm sorry you have to wait a long time to get in to see him.   I judge a Dr by 2 things -  1: He actually listens to my questions with eye contact and  -  2: Is willing to work with me regarding my situation.
