Hello all. I can imagine some people are concerned about long term use of diclofenac sodium for Peyronies. I have had Peyronies for 7 years or so. About 6 years ago, I injured a muscle in my neck and was prescribed Voltaren gel. Soon after experiencing the great relief it gave me for my neck, I decided to use it on my irritated and inflamed Peyronies plaque. It worked very well for pain management. And for some period of time I used it every day. I went back to my general practitioner and she prescribed it to me again but for my Peyronies. When I first mentioned it to my urologist, he seemed surprised that I would put that on my penis, because the skin is delicate. Eventually, it did cause some skin irritation. I feel pretty confident that it did affect the progression of my Peyronies in any way, and that it is just a helpful tool in for pain relief.

I have tried Voltaren to stop the slight aching/inflammation feeling but haven't had any luck.  It didn't seem to do anything. However, I'm glad it works for some, like you.
