Anyone have these symptoms? Can it be peyronies or something else?

Symptoms:
Flaccid is rubbery
Flaccid is actually larger than usual (feels overextended)
Flaccid doesn't really turtle too much (even when cold it doesnt shrink like it used to)
Weaker erections
Can't "tent"
Feeling disconnected from penis
Cant feel erections much (no feeling of surge of bloodflow, "I've got a boner")
Glans feeling little to no pleasure (foreskin thankfully does)
Kegels dont bounce penis when flaccid
Libido low
Small dent
Narrowing/maybe some hourglassing when semi
