Is an implant my only real option now?

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing okay.

I'm wondering from anyone who has an implant (especially guys in my age group) whether an implant sounds like my only reasonable choice. I've had a total of three injuries to my member since 2017. The most previous injury was the straw that broke the camels back. Without cialis, I have severe ED. And even with cialis I can no longer achieve fully rigid erections. I also still have pain after over 4 years of dealing with this curse of a condition. I have no curve, and I don't even care about the narrowing that I have anymore. The ED is really getting to me mentally and I just want to have real erections again. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

In my opinion cialis 5mg is not enough if you have severe erectile dysfunction.i take daily 5mg cialis and it does NOT produce some miraculous long lasting boners for me.I would try adding 5mg as and when needed on top of daily dosing or switch to Viagra which I heard gives a stronger erection but doesn't last in your system all day. Basically,  try upping your dosage or switch for a combination to see if it works for you.

If you don't even have a decently hard erection after that or still lose it often I would STRONGLY consider an implant from a world renowned surgeon. It's time to go from 0 to Hero. I would schedule an appointment to discuss with Dr. Eid or the likes at this stage. Consultation alone wouldn't hurt but give you a good idea if that is your only option at this point.

This sounds similar to my case and situation. You mention also the pain. This is the biggest concern for me. Think implant can deal with the pain? First we should maybe find the source why there is still pain. I am afraid with anything i do other than some oral supplements, traction / Ved, surgery..... could make pain worse
