thinking of a 2nd surgery or not .. what is your opinion ?

after my first surgery for congenital penile curvutare, my penis have a residual curvature that bothers me a lot(not any other complication).. before surgery i had a way more severe downward curve that now, but again now i dont like it..i thinking of a surgery but i afraid of the risks..the reason i dont like is because my curve now is at the tip of penis exactly before the glans and that is giving me some bad thoughts that affect penetration and my psychology..

Hey I'm in the same situation as you, I understand your feeling of frustration and unfinished work,
although your residual curvature isn't so huge

Kuehhas did your surgery right? Were you circumcised during the surgery?

2020: Nesbit surgery for a 55 degrees downward curvature with DrFaix
Result: Residual curvature of 30 degrees and an inflammatory scar

2021: I am considering a new surgery

I lost 2 cm during my Nesbit, I have regained 2 cm with traction

Yes dr Kuehhas, yes had circumcised... im very confused and in depression and stress about that.. i try some sex, there isnt any pain, but i can fill that curved as i operate and i think is less enjoyble..sometimes i think that maybe is all on mind.. i cant decide..

The residual curve looks really minor! If I were just to look at the pictures, it looks completely natural!

Are you having issues during sex? If so, what issues?

26 years old. 20 degree upward curve with slight clockwise twist. Symptoms onset Dec 20.
Dr. Levine says it's not Peyronie's Disease but a slow healing wound. Saw him Mar 21 and May 21.
Traction (PMP) and supplements per Dr. Levine's recommendation.

In a reverse position or spooning you could very easily stimulate your partners G spot.  Look at the shape of some of the vibrators made today.  Your curve is not bad at all.

Thank all of you very much for the support and the positive thoughts.. it doesn’t look so bad but i find some difficulties during penetration and so i cant enjoy sex.. im in very bad depression.. so how to find a woman i like and live happy with normal sexual life ? I think 2nd surgery is the only solution now for me… when i try to enter vagina is difficult and my glans folds easy..also i think penetration doesnt feel good or normal because of my curvature at the top of penis..
