There's tons of studies showing that cialis can reverse fibrosis in the corpus.

Why does cialis seem to do nothing for fibrosis in the tunica?
Onset of pain in March 2021
Progressed to loss of girth to dent under the glans left side

Been doing daily heat, traction, pentox, ved, cialis since initial onset of pain

Currently still experiencing pain and dent unchanged

It says it can prevent fibrosis, not reverse it. I don't believe fibrosis will ever be reversible.
MIA - nothing works after 5 months
supplements and pharmaceuticals I've tried:
cialis, pentox, magnesium chloride, dim, turmeric, hyaluronic acid, vitamin k2, paba, l-arginine, l-citrulline. either get surgery (and possible ed), get implant, or pray

Noway

yes your right it isnt reversible and i honestly see them making a stupid claim like that cialis wont reverse anything  the only way is if  a doctor cuts it out and replaces with a skin graft.

But we have members who spontaneously healed? Also, small percentage of men in literature who also spontaneously healed on their own.

There are a lot of advances in medicines, if there is enough attention and incentives. Surely someone will come out with a treatment or cure.

Most "spontaneous" healing was never really Peyronies to begin with. People with Peyronies and palpable plaque will never ever reverse back. You have to excise and graft. Just like keloids on the skin. No matter what oils and ointments you use or stretch it out the keloid is not going to disappear. You have to cut it out. It is wishful thinking to think taking an oral supplement is going to get rid of plaque in the penis
34 yrs Old, Healthy very active
Possibly injured penis or took too much Cialis
Symptoms starting January-February 2021
First dent seen April 4, 2021, painful erections

NeoV

There HAS been a study on cialis in combination with other treatments shrinking plaque volume.
Scars are just harder to get rid of, and may not be possible to remove entirely if they function as part of your penis.

Focus on healing the tissue you have.

We now have CRISPR, TALEN, RLR, etc. People would have died from a simple flu, and nobody used to believe in bacteria or viruses.

If it was over a hundred years ago, someone pulled out a phone and started playing online game, they'll be burned at a stake. Back further, blodo letting was thing. In my reality, I don't believe that it's impossible, the cure just hasn't been found yet.

One day someone may come out with a topical application, and systemic treatment with rounds of injection of a substance into a downstream blood stream towards the penis, and an oral medication.

one idea i have about thia is that erectile tissue is actually cells, mostly endothelial cells and smooth muscles cells whereas tunica is connective tissue so proteins like collagen and elqstin, my theory is that this makes it harder to remodel. on the other hand in corporal fibrosis the healthy tissue is replaced by connective tissue as well so i really dont know. there have been szudies suggesting cialis can reduce plaque size though
single, mid 20
diagnosed early 2020
indentation 20 degree bent to left, recurrence with new indentation below glans
tried vacuum device with no success

Tunica: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunica_albuginea_(penis)
From the page: It consists of approximately 5% elastin, with the remainder mostly consisting of collagen.

I understand that what we consume doesn't usually go to the penis.

But another strategy I think, for the oral route delivery, is to take a Viagra an hour before bed.

Then make and drink your supplement conconction right before going to bed. The blood that fuels your penis when you have your night time erection should take your supplements with it to the penis.

The reason to take Viagra an hour before bed is so that you won't have all night erection and get a priapism. I would be reluctant to take Cialis before bed or apply heparinoid before bed for this same reason.

I agree. I was hopeful in the beginning with oral supplements too. They haven't done anything to reduce plaque size. I'm trying to find doctors who will acknowledge my issues(scar tissue compressing the corpus spongiosum causing frequent urination), and see if they can surgically remove it. I don't see any other option
