i have had peyronie for about 3.5 years. I've tried a lot (xiaflex, ved, traction, pentox, cialis, vitamins, iontophoresis).

now i got gastritis due to my lifestyle and have been eating light food (potatoes, rice, rusks) ever since. and i have to say, my penis feels very, very good. i think the inflammation has stopped. Of course, this can have many causes. but I just wanted to document it here.

I will continue to observe and eat mindfully. maybe it will help someone ...

Hi there Pauli.
Congratulations for your improvement.
Could you detail a little more your changes in diet and lifestyle?
Are you taking any supplements?

In what areas are your improving? Pain, erection quality?

Damn... so after 3.5 years the inflammation finally stopped? I'm really starting to believe that being young and having stronger immune systems makes it harder to battle this thing.
Aren't potatoes, rice, and rusks high in carbs though, opposite of what we want in a diet to fight against Peyronie's? I know members like Neo swear by a keto diet. But everyone is different, so like they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Congrats to you though, and best of luck for further improvement.

Everyone's body is different at how it reacts with different foods. Lowering inflammation in your body has been known to help in regards to peyronies.

Yeah I get that, but high carb diets cause inflammation, no? So it sounds strange that eating rice, potatoes, and rusks made his inflammation stop. I've read other members here trying water fasts, and keto diets, with no improvement either. So who really knows what helps... this is frustrating.

You just need to give it a test for yourself.  Try the food elimination process and see if it benefits you.  I know that any milk product causes me a lot of problems.
